Because every Studio Luminal piece is produced on demand by our fulfilment partners, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, custom commissions, and any garment showing signs of wear are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.
Sizing exchanges are available subject to stock. If your size is unavailable we will issue a refund or store credit.
